Registration Required:

Registration for the Staples Advantage program is a manual process and is required to access the IHFRA discounts. Please request to be added by contacting us at ihfra@ihfra.org or by simply completing the form below.

AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED REGISTRATION:

You may access your Staples discounts both in-store and online. Follow the instructions below to complete your transactions

ONLINE ORDERING:

For products or copy/print orders, always go to www.StaplesAdvantage.com and login with your user credentials. View the resources below for additional help for print orders.

IN-STORE PURCHASES:

• Retail Products: In-store discounts on retail products are available to any IHFRA member who has successfully registered for the Staples Advantage program, simply by providing your phone number at checkout. If for some reason they cannot locate your account by your number, use 336-889-3920.
  
  
• Print and Copy Services: Please note that you must follow these steps exactly BEFORE starting your print/copy job to ensure you receive your discount. Most Stores cannot apply a discount at checkout.
  • STEP 1: Find an associate at the Print/Copy Station and request that they start a new print job from their Solution Builder Workstation. Tell the associate that your company is part of the Business Advantage Program and you would like your Contract Rate.
    
    
  • STEP 2:  Provide the following information:
    • Company name: IHFRA
    • Account number: 1649772

• Login with your credentials
• Shopping for Products: Once logged in, use the top menu bar and select products to access retail goods include furniture, ink and toner, and cleaning supplies at a discounted rate
• Shopping for Print and Copy Services: Select “Services” from the top menu bar and select print and copy. You can call a Print Specialist for help at 800-983-3376.

SHOPPING IN-STORE:

Shopping in store should now be an easy, seamless experience. You have two options to ensure you always receive your discount:

1. Download the ODP Business Solutions app for your mobile device’s App Store and login with your credentials: App Instructions
2. Alternatively, if you have issues accessing the app, you may present this IHFRA QR code to access your discount: IHFRA ODP QR Code
