  • Events Committee: Be part of planning and executing networking events, trade show activations, and member gatherings that bring our community together.
  • Education Committee: Develop webinars, industry insights, and sales certifications to enhance knowledge and professional growth for IHFRA members.
  • Mentorship Committee: Support the LINK Ambassador Program, foster peer-to-peer mentorship, and help members grow in their careers.
  • Membership Committee: Play a key role in growing IHFRA's membership, improving retention, and ensuring new members feel welcomed and engaged.
  • CARES Committee: Assist members facing personal hardships and help lead community support initiatives that make a difference.
