This latest IHFRA webinar will feature our General Counsel Adam Glazer and his partner at SFBBG, Len Gambino, who has over 30 years of experience counseling sales reps in succession planning.  The webinar will explain the proper steps to take and the pitfalls to avoid in crafting a successful succession plan for a rep business, its current owners, and its successors.  Specific topics will include how to put equity into the hands of successors, and the tax consequences associated with each method, how to value the business, and how to structure the payment terms.  Questions will be welcome, either at the conclusion of the program or afterward.
