New Leaf Service Contracts is an independent, employee-owned protection plan company seeking experienced independent sales representatives to grow our furniture protection plan program with dealers nationwide.
New Leaf backs its plans with true in-home service delivery and protection against accidental damage, electrical and mechanical failures, and pet chewing and clawing, a benefit dealers and their customers consistently ask about. Our plans cover indoor and outdoor furniture, mattresses, adjustable beds, and massage chairs, with both 5-Year and 10-Year terms, backed by a claim decline rate under 1%.
The Opportunity
We are looking for independent sales representatives across the United States who have strong, trusted relationships with furniture retailers and want to add a proven, low-denial protection plan program to their line card. This is a 1099 independent contractor relationship, and we are open to talking through how territory and account structure work best for you. Reps join under a non-exclusive territory model with protection at the account level, so your signed dealers stay yours as you grow, without a rigid geographic boundary limiting new opportunities.
Reps also earn an enrollment bonus for each new dealer signed, along with ongoing renewal commissions as the relationship continues.
