Position Overview:
Spectra Home Furniture is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Upholstery Sales Representative to manage and grow our presence throughout the New England region. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in furniture sales, established industry relationships, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with furniture retailers, interior designers, and trade professionals across the New England territory
• Actively prospect and onboard new accounts while strengthening existing partnerships
• Present and promote Spectra Home’s upholstery collections, highlighting craftsmanship, customization options, and value
• Achieve and exceed established sales goals and performance metrics
• Provide product training and support to retail partners and their sales teams
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in furniture or upholstery sales (or closely related field)
• Established network within the New England furniture or interior design market preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
