New Leaf Service Contracts is an independent, employee-owned protection plan company seeking experienced independent sales representatives to grow our furniture protection plan program with dealers nationwide. We are actively looking to add representation in the Southeast, Northeast, and Midwest.

New Leaf backs its plans with true in-home service delivery and protection against accidental damage, electrical and mechanical failures, and pet chewing and clawing. Our plans cover indoor and outdoor furniture, mattresses, adjustable beds, massage chairs, and more with both 5-Year and 10-Year terms.

We are looking for independent sales representatives with strong, trusted relationships with retailers who want to add a proven protection plan program to their line card. This is a 1099 independent contractor relationship, and we are open to talking through how territory and account structure work best for you. Reps join under a territory model with protection at the account level, so your signed dealers stay yours as you grow.

We also back reps with the New Leaf Growth Accelerator Program™, hands-on training and tracking support that helps dealers actually make the plan part of their sales process, not just something offered once and forgotten.

Reps also earn an enrollment bonus for each new dealer signed, along with ongoing renewal commissions as the relationship continues.
