Spectra Home Furniture, a leading upholstery manufacturer and importer with a blended Import and domestic strategy, is seeking motivated, relationship-driven Independent Sales Representatives to represent our line across several key territories. We are known for exceptional quality, value, and service, and we’re looking for professionals who can bring that story to designers, retailers, and dealers in their region.

What You’ll Do:

• Grow and manage accounts within your territory
• Present our product line to furniture retailers and interior designers
• Attend High Point Market and other industry events
• Build relationships, drive orders, and partner with dealers to increase sell-through
• Provide feedback on product opportunities and regional trends

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in furniture sales or related home furnishings categories
• Strong relationships with retailers and designers in your territory
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Organized, driven, and passionate about delivering great service
• Market-focused with the ability to grow territory sales

Compensation:

• Generous commission-based structure
