Job Summary:
The Vice President of Sales is a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth and brand visibility through the development and execution of comprehensive sales, marketing, and digital strategies. This role entails overseeing the integration of sales channels, marketing campaigns, and e-commerce platforms to maximize market penetration and customer engagement. The VP will lead cross-functional teams to align objectives, harness data-driven insights for decision-making, and ensure the effective deployment of resources.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy Development: Formulate and implement revenue generation strategies aimed at driving growth and profitability. This involves identifying and seizing new market opportunities, optimizing current revenue streams, and leveraging data analytics to guide strategic decisions. Lead efforts to enhance sales performance and marketing effectiveness, ensuring alignment between market needs and business objectives to maximize revenue potential and achieve sustainable financial success.
• Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, setting performance targets, and ensuring alignment with the company's revenue goals. Develop and oversee sales programs, processes, and incentives to drive sales performance.
• Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the marketing department to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and revenue objectives. Develop strategies to enhance lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand positioning.
• Customer Relationship Management: Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through strategic relationship management. Identify and address customer needs, and ensure the delivery of value-added solutions.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor and analyze revenue performance metrics, forecasting, and financial results. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize revenue and manage risks effectively.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as product development, finance, and operations to ensure cohesive execution of revenue strategies and initiatives.
• E-Commerce Oversight: Drive growth of the company's e-commerce sales channels through effective strategies.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive dynamics. Use market intelligence to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Expertise in negotiating high-stakes deals and persuading clients or stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
Ability to develop long-term revenue strategies aligned with the company’s goals, leveraging market insights and data analytics.
Proficiency in making informed, data-driven decisions that impact revenue and overall business performance.
Strong understanding of financial principles, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to make informed decisions.
Ability to work effectively with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to align efforts and achieve revenue goals.
10 years Furniture Experience is Required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years experience in Senior Leadership role such as Sales Manager or Director of Sales
• Expertise in managing key customer relationships
• Experience within furniture industry preferred
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and market data
